The City of Liverpool has selected Sam Davidson's detailed history of Samuel Walters (Marine Artist) as it's 'Book of the Year' celebrating 2005 as the 'Year of the Sea'. This special display, in the prestigous Hornby Library, is a major honour for both the author and Jones-Sands Publishing.
